We are not a multi national multi billion pound company, we are just a bunch of hard working guys and girls that enjoy what we do. We are not here to rip you off, far from it. In this day and age, it is hard to find customers and even harder to keep them, we know you have a choice and will work hard to make things happen.

We will answer your customer service emails within 30 minutes during working hours.

We will answer the telephone in a handful of rings.

We will refund your carriage if we fail to meet the promised delivery date
except where delivery is attempted and you are out or through circumstances beyond our control

We will not lie to you or make stories up about your order. You will get the cold hard truth.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will refund you in full

We are human and have feelings. If your opening gambit is a legal threat or an abusive message before even discussing a problem, you won’t get very far very quickly. We want all of interactions with us to be as smooth as possible. If there’s a problem, we won’t have done it on purpose and we will want to resolve it as a matter of urgency. Be nice and you will be surprised at the lengths we will go to help you.
We request that all customer service cases are handled by email because we have a system that works, and allows us to monitor and expedite matters in the best possible timescales.
