OK sometimes things go wrong, we are not perfect. Deliveries get lost, product gets broken, customers make mistakes. We could have a really flash returns form here, but we much prefer the personal approach. Email customer services and things will get sorted.

Email cservices@stuff-uk.net include your order number and the nature of your request.

We request that you contact us by email so everything is in writing and we have a ticketing system in place that ensures your issue is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Most enquiries in working hours are replied to within 30 minutes

If you have changed your mind (Cooling off period)

For Consumers

If you have ordered products from us and decided that you no longer require them, then please contact cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number stating your reason for return. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Note we exclude returns for used products and some electronic goods that can or do contain data and software or products with audio or video recordings, some items of clothing and any bespoke goods or goods ordered specifically for your order. Goods must be returned at your expense and liability within 24 days after receipt. You will be refunded by your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.

For Businesses

If you have ordered products from us and decided that you no longer require them, then please contact cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number stating your reason for return. This must be done within 2 days of receipt of the goods. Note we exclude returns for used products and some electronic goods that can or do contain data and software or products with audio or video recordings, some items of clothing and any bespoke goods or goods ordered specifically for your order. Goods must be returned at your expense and liability within 24 days after receipt. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee or £10 whichever is greater, for unopened goods and up to 50% for opened goods.

Dead on Arrival Goods

If your goods do not work upon receipt then please inform cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number, they will either arrange to replace, repair or refund your order at our expense. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Note: Sometimes you may be asked to consult the manufacturers’ technical support to verify the fault.

Faulty Goods within the warranty period

If your goods become faulty after the first 7 days, you will have accepted the goods. Please inform cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number, they will either arrange to replace, repair or refund your order. We may instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly as often this is the quickest and most convenient way to have your product repaired.

Damaged on Arrival

If your goods are visibly damaged upon receipt. Please do not accept the goods. If you do accept the goods, then please sign the couriers receipt as received damaged. You must inform us of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt. Please inform cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number.

Order Error by us

If we have made an error with your order then please inform cservices@stuff-uk.net by email, including your order number. They will endeavour to rectify the problem in a timely manner.

Order Cancellation

Please request cancellation by emailing cservices@stuff-uk.net , including your order number.

Packaging Goods for Return

Please return the entire contents of the product including the manufacturers’ boxes, cables, manuals etc unless otherwise directed. If possible wrap the goods in an outer package and do not write on the manufacturers packaging.
